The election petition has to be filed within 45 days."The EC has become &Upholstery fabric factory39;Dhritarashtra', who wants his son (Duryodhana) to win by hook or crook."Even for the Delhi municipal elections, the EVMs are coming from Rajasthan.Kejriwal had earlier expressed doubts over the security features installed in the machines while demanding that the upcoming civic polls in the capital be conducted using paper ballots. However, in the on-going bye-polls only VVPAT machines which were kept in reserve and not used during the actual poll, have been redeployed," the statement said. Why are they coming from Rajasthan? Why the machines from Delhi are cancelled? All the machines from Rajasthan are manipulated and tempered," he added.New Delhi: Ranking up the issue of alleged manipulation in the Electronic Voting Machines (EVM), Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday said alleged the Election Commission has become 'Dhritarashtra' with the only motive to help son 'Duryodhana' (Bharatiya Janata Party) emerge victorious in the elections. In Bhind, one such EVM was found during mock drill.. I wrote to the EC today. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief said that a few machines used during the bypoll in Rajasthan's Dholpur, may have been tampered with. No EVMs have been moved from Uttar Pradesh for the purpose of Bye-polls in Madhya Pradesh. However, in case of VVPAT machines, the printed paper slips have to be retrieved at the time of counting and sealed in a paper envelope and only these sealed paper slips have to be kept inside the strong room along with the EVMs. The EC's motive is not to conduct the elections but to ensure the BJP's victory," Kejriwal told the media here."The Commission would like to point out that these allegations are completely baseless and made without verifying the facts. The Delhi Chief Minister further said the people of India won't forgive the Election Commission and BJP for the 'game', which they are playing with the Constitution.Last week, the Election Commission of India (ECI) had in a veiled attack on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that baseless observations and allegations were made by a "leader of a political party today in a press conference regarding the use of EVMs" and clarified its position. Required number of VVPAT machines was moved from different States for use in Bye-polls as per the existing policy of the ECI," the statement added."The EVMs comprising the Control Unit (CU) and Ballot Unit (BU) used in any election shall be kept in a strong room after declaration of results and shall not be accessed by anyone till the period of filing of election petition is over. We have the experts to study the software, if you don't have them. The VVPAT machines are not required by the law to be retained in strong room for the purpose of election petition and are available for use in any other election. We will make the software public," Kejriwal said."In these 18 EVM machines, the vote was going to the BJP no matter where it was pressed. When did they change all this?" Kejriwal said while wondering as to why the poll body was not ready to investigate it. Yesterday in Dholpur, 18 such EVM machines were found. Some are being # used in a few areas."It doesn't look like all machines are tampered. Give the EVMs to us. It means that their software was changed, the code and programming was changed ادامه مطلب

One is a slim, 3D printed case that fits over a smartphone and has a permanent, reusable sensor on one corner. The team tested the system on different solutions of known gluغير مجاز مي باشدe concentrations."Integrating blood gluغير مجاز مي باشدe sensing into a smartphone would eliminate the need for patients to carry a separate device," said Patrick Mercier, from the University ofCalifornia, San Diego in the US.The user would then drop a blood sample on top.Researchers have developed a3D-printed smartphone case and app which could make it easier for patients to record and track their blood gluغير مجاز مي باشدe readings. The second part consists of small, one-time use, enzyme-packed pellets that magnetically attach to the sensor. A printed circuit board enables the whole system to run off a smartphone battery. The results were accurate throughout multiple tests. "An added benefit is the ability to autonomously store, process and send blood gluغير مجاز مي باشدe readings from the phone to a care provider or cloud service," Mercier said. Afterwards, the used pellet is discarded, deactivating the sensor until the next test. This reaction generates an electrical signal that can be measured by the sensor&Laminated Sofa Upholstery39;s electrodes. To run a test, the user would first take # the stylus and dispense a pellet onto the sensor - this step activates the sensor. The pellets are housed inside a 3D printed stylus attached to the side of the smartphone case. The test takes about 20 seconds. The greater the signal, the higher the gluغير مجاز مي باشدe concentration."This system is versatile and can be easily modified to detect other substances for use in healthcare, environmental and defense applications," said Joseph Wang, from the University of California San Diego. The sensor measures the blood gluغير مجاز مي باشدe concentration, then wirelessly transmits the data via Bluetooth to a custom-designed Android app that displays the numbers on the smartphone screen. GPhone has two main parts. The device, called GPhone, is a new proof-of-concept portable gluغير مجاز مي باشدe sensing system. Checking blood sugar levels can be a hassle for people with diabetes, especially when they have to pack their gluغير مجاز مي باشدe monitoring kits around with them every time they leave the house. The pellets contain an enzyme called gluغير مجاز مي باشدe oxidase that reacts with gluغير مجاز مي باشدe. The stylus holds enough pellets for 30 tests before it needs to be refilled. The system stores a considerable amount of data so that users can track their readings over long time periods ادامه مطلب

Too much of a busy bold print can add a ton of volume which may not flatter all body types.Twin set outfits, co-ords or matching separates – these outfits are taking over the runway this season and are being sported by a number of celebrities as well. Go sartorial and not by keeping the overall look streamlined by picking a colour that’s already present in the garment and wearing contemporary accessories of the same colour,” opines Tahera. As for bold and vibrant pieces, I would keep accessories minimal as there is already enough going on,” says designer and stylist Neha Kukreja. Being too ‘matchy matchy’ is a thing of the past.“I love this 70s trend and think the versatility makes it unique and gives the extra edge. The look is also quite versatile and leaves space for experimentation of patterns, prints cuts and solid colours. I think a scarf or statement neckpiece would look great as with these two, it’s always easy to if the look is over-the-top,” says the designer. “I prefer matching prints in solid colours as they look fabulous! But there is a thin line between daring and over the top and one thing I’d be careful with is how ‘busy’ the print is.But she also cautions that the look can go terribly wrong! “Very often, people over-do the prints by sporting three pieces with the same print or colour – a major fashion faux pas. Other trends almost seem mundane now as compared to this vintage-inspired look which gives off a fun and fresh vibe while easily fits into any woman’s closet! With a mix of easy-breezy yet stylish dressing these matching sets in the combination of crop tops with midis, shorts, palazzos and even professional dressing are an easy pick for designer Tahera Peeran. The third piece should also be from a similar colour palette, so there is no clash of colours,” says Neha.“Solid colours trump patterns and prints for me because my style is very minimalistic and also relatively easy to accessorise. In such cases, solid colour matching separates are the best option. For those who prefer the simple and elegant look as opposed to funky, matching separates dipped in solid colours are sure to curtain velvet suppliers in china spice up the fashion statement. One piece needs to break the clustered and monotonous look – be it the coat, top or bottom. One statement accessory like a neck piece or chandelier earrings paired with matching separates go a long way in making a style statement and bundle rings are now in vogue and are always a good idea. And for those who prefer a look with more flair and drama, exaggerated, Aztec prints and bold stripes are all in vogue right now!According to local designer Seema Nanda, each person has their own interpretation for the trend, which is what she loves the most about it.. Pastel or dark colours, when paired with classy footwear and bluesy jewellery, are sure to amp up the look.“I think pairing a bold printed crop top or boxy top with a matching midi or a structures jacket with matching cropped trousers will be a good call. A set of matching separates can give so much symmetry and consolidation to the entire look and works well for any kind of outing – day or night,” says the designer who believes Rihanna’s printed pants and crop top, is a perfect example of getting the look right ادامه مطلب

If you want to look ultra-chic and elegant, then you should pair ankle-boots with soft material shorts made of tweed, sequins, lace, or velvet. “Colours depend a lot on the kind of look you’re going for.Embrace the ultra chicAcross the world, the simplified trend of pairing an oversized shirt with knee-high boots or ankle-length booties is quite popular among hip fashion bloggers, who often pair it with pop-accessories and eye-catchy makeup. One can also layer the shirts and style them with printed scarves, big eyewear, hats, and belts to look absolutely glam.”Easy breezyLong shirts and boots are a perfect combination, according to Mansi Sharma Kachhara, designer at House of Prisca. While elaborate outfits and complicated couture is still out of question considering the quarantine life in 2020, glamorous ladies like Malaika Arora, Shibani Dandekar, and Giorgia Andriani are seen flaunting their hot bods in oversized shirts and boots. The saviour rule is — the shorter your oversized shirt is, the lower your boots heels should be. He shares some fashion tips for those who want to emulate the trend, “Make sure your long tees or shirts are fitted but not body-hugging fitted. If you are pairing it with a lower make sure it’s skinny or tapering fit and match them with ankle-length boots for a casual winter look. In cold weather, all you need is to add heavy tights or leggings underneath your shorts. If you are going to attend a night party, then try on denim separates, tuck in a shirt into denim shorts, and complete the look with stylish heeled ankle boots. Ankle boots paired with a bright colour shirt or a printed dress, cinched at the waist by a belt and a few layers of accessories should always do the trick.Pair it rightWhen you are wearing a shirt whether it’s a loose or fitted one, make sure it fits to your height and body type. Mumbai-based designer Disha Rawtani of label Diseno, mentions, “With street style getting more popular among millennials, girls like to wear this look all year round, starting from hot summer to winters. A regular or baggy kind of fit doesn’t go well with a long shirt or tee, recommends designer Bharat Ahuja of Desire Design Studio. For a boho look, you could go for either knee-high boots or high combat boots look with accessories paired with a white/black dress finished off with a denim vest or a jacket,” highlights Kachhara. After almost nine months of pandemic house arrest, do we care about pants anymore? Not if you look at the latest streetwear trends spotted on socialites and actors. The best boots to wear with knee-length shirts are ankle-boots — they look both great on short-legged and long-legged women. Interestingly, in the post-Covid world, fashion accessories are being replaced by masks and cross-body sling bags to store the sanitisers and gloves. If it is a country look, go for tasseled or tie-up brown ankle boots. Choose a weather-appropriate colour palette — solid colours in winters like crisp white cotton or bright red and yellow to go well with cozy sunny afternoons, and they can be paired with regular skinny black, white and blue denim. It’s feminine wholesale velvet upholstery fabric and edgy and if paired with the right accessories it can give you the ultimate modern minimal look ادامه مطلب

The Election Commission of India may have to face stiff opposition if it fails to introduce Voter-Verified Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) with each electronic voting machine (EVM) in 2016 Assembly polls for free and fair elections in Assam. Expressing her deep anguish over media reports, indicating supply of only 2,400 VVPAT that may be used for only 10 Assembly segments, former Rajya Sabha MP Joyshree Goswami Mahanta told reporters that there are 33,000 polling booths in the state but only 2,400 VVPAT has been supplied to the state. It is significant that role of ECI has come into controversy after repeated complaints against the functioning of the electronic voting machines (EVMs) prompting the Election Commission to adopt stricter norms and close scrutiny of the state-owned public sector undertaking that handles the maintenance of the machines in Assam. Putting forward her arguments substantiated by various true incidents, Ms Mahanta said that most of political parties are in favour of using the VVPAT across all the constituencies in Assam..”A VVPT system includes a printed ballot as a receipt that a voter gets after casting votes. There is every possibility that it may be tampered with, so we are demanding that the elections in Assam should be held with VVPAT or ballot papers only.Ms Mahanta said her petition, seeking direction to the Election Commission is pending before the court but it is also the responsibility of the commission to ensure a free and fair polls in the state through mandatory use of VVPAT. The ECI has not clarified its plan for rest of the polling booths, she added ادامه مطلب
